Hello there! I’m so excited to welcome you to Becky’s Cat Sitting Services. My name is Becky, and I’m a professional cat sitter covering Ystradgynlais and Pontardawe, in the beautiful Upper Swansea Valleys. Whether you’re an existing customer or just shopping around, I’m excited to have you here.

The idea for Becky’s Cat Sitting Services came to me during the Covid pandemic in 2020 when I found myself on furlough. After spending so much time at home with my child and my cat, I knew that people would be needing a holiday, as was I… but what about their cats?

That’s when the light bulb went off. I decided to set up a service that allowed cats to stay in the comfort of their own homes while their humans went off on a much needed and deserved holiday.

I officially launched in August 2020, just as restrictions in Wales were starting to ease up. But as my luck would have it, more lockdowns followed, and disappointingly I had to hit pause. Turns out, that pause wasn’t such a bad thing. It gave me time to focus on spreading the word locally for when we could finally hit the ground running.

Over four our years on, my little cat sitting business has grown so much more than I ever imagined it would back in 2020.

That’s why I offer personalised care that allows your cats to stay in the comfort of their own homes while you’re away. From daily pop-ins, longer companion visits and overnight stays, I’m here to ensure your cats receive the attention, love, and care they deserve.
